I am afraid that is a null question - taxes are not allocated to any function as a tax.
Tax proceeds (along with almost all other government income) goes into the general fund. You pay your taxes without choice.
The prison service gets allocated money from the general fund. It is complex though, the Prison Service, Courts, Probation service, prisoner payments, health care and pensions (yes prisoners get pensions credits) all have separate budgets.
Try gov.uk as that has an expenditure section.

The cost to keep a prisoner in Jail is approx. 40,000 a year, each.
