Default are there any credit card companies that don't impose a spending limit

'm currently unable to find a job in the area I just moved to, and I'm trying to enroll in a local truck driving school to get a commercial license. And though I'm eligible for financial support under the Workforce Investment Act, the process is simply taking too long. Now, the most practical options are to either sign a one-year contract with a shitty company that initially pays for training/licensing or try to get a credit card to pay for the tuition up-front.
I have no credit on my file at this point, so that might be a problem. Also, I'll need to be able to charge $4,050 as soon as I get a credit account... that's another problem. Now, I do have about that much saved up, but it looks like I'm going to need that to cover my basic living expenses until I get hired on somewhere- which could realistically be about six weeks from today.

I'm just curious if any of you guys have credit cards or know more about them than I do. Thanks.

Even if there were, you wouldn't be able to get a credit card from any of them. Most credit card companies won't give a credit card to anyone who has never had a credit card. The very few companies that might give a credit card to someone who has never had a card tend to have very low limits, typically $300-$500, and that's a for a person who has a job. Because you're unemployed and have no credit on your file, you might not even be able to get those cards. You certainly cannot get one without a limit.
