Default y offset my fmla benefits

I have an outstanding unemployment overpayment balance from 2011 and about to file for fmla soon....will they offsett all my fmla benefits to pay for my unemployment over payment???or is there any way that i can still get my full fmla benefits...i have 3 dependents and my paycheck is our only source of income

paycheck? they can take that
unemployment benefit overpayments are treated by fraud by the government,,, usually the person getting funds knows about the fraud, but does not donate the information
they consider it a crime,, they can go after anything

Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) more than likely NO for this purpose and reason at this time in your life.
BUT at some future times and ways in your life time some thing is really going to come back after some thing in your life time.

FMLA doesn't pay you. It ONLY allows you to protect your job for 12 weeks. It NEVER pays you. You would have to have accrued leave time, or short and/or long term disability insurance.
