Default Suze Orman's prepaid credit card?

I currently use the prepaid money card from Walmart for my online purchases and bill payments because I do not have a bank account and don't intend on getting one. I have no problems with Walmart's card, but I recently came across the Approved Card by Suze Orman and it looks like something I would like better. I like the fact that there is a "emergency fund" option on the card. I may be wrong here since I haven't done a complete research into the card yet, but it pretty much seems to work as a savings account. It doesn't draw interests or anything, but you can store your money separately from your account balance and it can't be touched unless you transfer it. I have seen some reviews online that aren't too happy with the fees, but from what I've read so far I'm not too concerned with that. The only fee that I seen that would really apply to me would be the initial $3 fee for the card, the $3 monthly maintenance fee, and however much it costs you to reload the card. The Walmart money card has these same fees, so I wouldn't be paying any fees that I'm not already paying. I don't withdraw money from my card so the ATM fees don't bother me. I just want to make sure I'm not missing anything important here. Does anyone have this card or researched it enough to give an opinion on it? Once again, the only thing I'll be using it for really is to pay bills online and usually if there's anything I want to purchase online I'll use my prepaid card instead of using my credit card. Also, I would like to use the emergency fund for when I'm saving money for something.. Like for a trip I have coming up. I would feel better with my money sitting in an account vs actually money sitting in an envelop somewhere. Thanks for any comments!
