Default what does "no later than 40 days before the end of your study period" mean

~ Finished this school year. I've hopefully graduated grade 12 (Grad's June 26)

//cuts out rant you don't need to here about how much of a pissoff applying to OSAP is.
I've finally made it through filling out all the info and finally was able to /submit/ everything. I now have to deal with providing documents that I must print out. At the top of the page it says, "There is a date on which we will no longer accept documents (see deadline date)." And that scares me 'cause I've been constantly bugged about how I should have "done all this sooner" so I need to know that it's not too late. I click the info for deadline date and read "It is important to realize that any documents that you are required to provide ... must be received by your financial aid office no later than 40 days before the end of your 2014-2015 study period. Documentation received after the deadline date will not be considered, and the release of your funding may be stopped."

So can someone please reassure me of what I don't understand. School ended June 20. So is "40 days before the end of your 2014-2015 study period" 40 days before June 20th? Because that was my "study period" that just ended.. or is it (I only thought of this after, please tell me it's this x.x) 40 days before April 2015? So sometime in late Feb 2015? 'Cause I realize it says "2014-15" study period but my school year was just 2013-14. So Is the deadline Feb 2015..? Then I'd be far from late if I plan to go to college in September ^^;
